Richard “Dick” Bury, 79, of Watertown, SD, passed away Sunday, Nov.28, 2021, in Sioux Falls at the VA Hospital.
Services will be at 11 a.m., Friday, Dec. 3, 2021, at Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer in Watertown.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 2, at the Wight & Comes Funeral Chapel in Watertown.
Burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery in Watertown.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Codington County Cares Cancer Foundation, 818 S. Broadway No. 101, Watertown, SD 57201.
Grateful to have shared in his life are his daughters, Laurie Taylor of Brookings, SD, Sonja Bury of Clear Lake, SD, and Heather Bury of Watertown, SD; his grandson, Braden Bury; and two sisters, Betty Kelzer of Bath, SD, and Linda Schmig of Groton, SD.
He was preceded in death by his parents Willis and Lydia Bury, his wife Peggy Bury, and his brother Jim Bury.
