Richard Paul Nielsen, 83, Brookings, died Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2021, peacefully at The Neighborhoods at Brookview, Brookings.  
Private family services will be held at a later date, due to COVID-19 pandemic restrictions.  Rude’s Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
