Ruth Olson Buckneberg, 94, died Thursday, Feb. 16, 2017 at the Centerville Care and Rehab Center.
Funeral services will be held are at 11a.m. Friday at Komstad Covenant Church, rural Centerville. Visitation with the family is 5-7 p.m. Thursday at Wass Funeral Home in Centerville.
Ruth was one of the first 5 RNs that staffed the new Viborg Hospital. She worked there for 27 years.
A local survivor is his her daughter, Barb (Larry) Hult of Brookings.
