Scott Ira Huff, age 60 of Rapid City, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 2, 2023 at the Monument Health Hospital in Rapid City.  
His memorial service will be at 11:30 am on Saturday, Sept. 23,  at the Bethel Baptist Church in Brookings with a private family burial to follow at the Arlington City Cemetery in Arlington.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday.  For a complete obituary and online condolences, visit www.welterfuneralhome.com.
