BROOKINGS – Members of Brookings Boy Scout Troops 4 and 14 installed flags at the Brookings County Veterans Memorial and Brookings County Courthouse lawn on Memorial Day to honor those who died while serving in the country’s armed forces. Scouts also gathered Friday evening to place flags at veterans’ graves in Greenwood Cemetery.
