SDSU men tied for 10th in Missouri

COLUMBIA, Mo. – South Dakota State men’s golf is tied for 10th after the first two rounds of play at the Tiger Invitational.

The Jackrabbits posted team scores of 295 and 301 for a 36-hole total of 596 (+20). Kansas State leads the 14-team field with 558 (-18) and host team, Missouri, trails by just two strokes for a second-place score of 560 (-16).

The duo of Liam Georgiadis and Jack Tanner pace the Jackrabbits tied for 24th at 1-over 145 through 36 holes. Both Georgiadis and Tanner shot even par in the initial 18 holes followed by a 1-over 73 in the second round.

James Temple, who is tied for 49th, led the team in the first round with a 1-under 71. The junior carded an 80 (+8) in the second round for a 36-hole score of 151 (+7).
