PIERRE – Sioux Valley High School senior Alicia Vander Wal served as a page in the South Dakota House of Representatives during the current legislative session.
She was sponsored by Rep. John Mills, R-Volga.
The daughter of Kelly and Vickie Vander Wal of Volga, Vander Wal hopes to attend South Dakota State University and major in agricultural education.
