BROOKINGS – Brookings Police are investigating a burglary that happened early Monday morning at the Sexauer Seeds Plant, in the 100 block of Main Avenue South, Assistant Chief Derrick Powers said.
“It was found that sometime during the previous evening, someone had gained entry to the building,” Powers said.
“That one remains under investigation,” he said.
“There wasn’t anything of great value taken from the business,” Powers said. “I’m not going to release any other information on what was taken.”
Powers said police will continue to work with the business to see if anything else is discovered missing at a later time.
