Stephen Flanagan, 71, Palm Harbor, Florida, died July 19, 2021 unexpectedly in Collinsville, Illinois, while returning home.
Steve is survived by two daughters, Dawn Flanagan and Stacey Dasher, of Palm Harbor, Florida; three grandchildren, Dalton, Kylie and Davin Dasher; brother Ralph (Donna) Flanagan, Sioux Falls; sisters, Lou Roby, Watertown, Mary (Vince) Maag, Sioux Falls, Joan Haugen, Marshall, Minnesota, and Sheila Bonrud, Pierre.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 28, at Ss. Simon and Jude Catholic Church, Flandreau. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday with a 7 p.m. scripture service at Skroch Funeral Chapel, Flandreau.
