NDSU dean’s list
Area students were among the 4,069 North Dakota State University students to be placed on the fall 2019 dean’s list.
A student must earn a 3.50 grade point average or higher and be enrolled in at least 12 class credits to qualify for the dean’s list.
Students are listed by hometown. Students’ majors also are listed. Local students honored were:

More than 2,300 students at the University of South Dakota are being honored for their high achievement during the Fall 2019 semester with the release of the Dean’s List and Academic Honors.
Full-time, undergraduate students are named to the Dean’s List if they received a 3.5 GPA for courses they took in the Fall 2019 semester, and they had no incomplete or failing grades. For part-time students, those with fewer than 12 credit hours, the recognition is called Academic Honors.

Iowa State
A total of 10,066 Iowa State University students have been recognized for outstanding academic achievement by being named to the fall semester 2019 Dean’s List. Students named to the Dean’s List must have earned a grade point average of at least 3.50 on a 4.00 scale while carrying a minimum of 12 credit hours of graded course work.
Two Brookings students, Abigail Lynn Bergstrom, a hospitality management major and Kiana Yvonne Campbell, a psychology major, made the list.
Smart
Rachel Smart, a student at Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa, has earned a spot on the Academic Dean’s List for the fall 2019 semester.
The Dean’s List is comprised of students who have achieved a semester grade point average of 3.50 or above while carrying a minimum of 12 graded hours.
Smart is a sophomore English teaching and theatre major at Northwestern College. She is the daughter of Alexander and Diane Smart of Brookings.
Augustana University
SIOUX FALLS – Augustana University in Sioux Falls, announced recently the students named to the dean’s list for the fall semester of the 2019-20 academic year.
The dean’s list recognizes full-time students who have a minimum of 12 credit hours with grade-point averages at 3.5 or above (on a 4.0 scale).
