BROOKINGS – Pack 4 gathered Saturday to recognize those Scouts who recently earned their Arrow of Light rank, celebrate the Boy Scouts of America’s birthday, thank their pack volunteers, and to give back to Brookings’ youth.
Seventeen Scouts and their families generously donated 14 sheet sets, 13 pillows and one comforter to the Brookings chapter of Sleep in Heavenly Peace, a nonprofit organization that builds and provides beds for children who would otherwise sleep on the floor.
