GROVE CITY, Colo. – The South Dakota State women's golf team finished seventh at the Ron Moore Women's Intercollegiate.
The Jackrabbits shot a three-round 882 (291-299-292) at the par 72, 6,450-yard Highland Ranch Golf Club Sunday. Host Denver won the event, shooting a 15-under par 849. Oregon State's Ellie Slama won the 81-player tournament, shooting an 11-under par 205.
Teresa Toscano tied for 15th, firing a 216 (70-76-70) with 11 birdies for the tournament. Natcha Srimaneerungroj turned in a top-25 finish, tying for 24th with a 218 (72-75-71).
Cassidy Laidlaw tied for 34th (74-76-72—222), Sydney Bormann tied for 55th (75-77-79—231) and Magda Kruger tied for 66th (83-72-80—235).
Playing as an individual, Brooke Piearson finished 78th (88-87-77—252).

COLLEGE GROVE, Tenn. – After the opening round of the FAMC Intercollegiate on Sunday, the South Dakota State men's golf team is 11th in the 12-team event.
The Jackrabbits shot a 314 on the par 72, 7,368-yard course at The Grove Club. Last year's winner, Ole Miss, leads the field, shooting a one-under par 287. Host Middle Tennessee State's Tyler Johnson and Ole Miss' Josh Seiple are tied for first, firing a two-under par 70s.
Alejandro Restrepo leads SDSU with a two-over par 74 and is tied for 14th. Jared Nicolls shot a 78 and is tied for 35th. Alejandro Perazzo is tied for 47th, shooting an 80.
Naqiuddin Fuad is tied for 58th, firing an 82 while Zach Sackett shot an 87 and is tied for 65th.
