BROOKINGS — Brookings-Deuel Rural Water System held its 50th annual meeting on April 17. The meeting was held at the Clear Lake Community Center and approximately 250 members enjoyed a pork loin supper served by Rob’s Locker.

The Brookings Speech and Debate Foundation has awarded a $10,000 scholarship to each of three seniors at Brookings High School.
