Anti-vaxxers are dead wrong

As a polio survivor, I am appalled at the latest push by anti-vaxxers.

To let a child suffer and perhaps die from a completely preventable cause is unconscionable! The fact is I had polio, the fact is had I been vaccinated I would not have gotten polio.

The thought of a single child in this country getting polio, which could become a real possibility, sickens me more than I can put into words.

Once again trotting out the tired old completely untrue connection of vaccinations to autism, even if it were true, what they are in fact saying is that they would rather their child die than be autistic!

The fact that the arrogant willfully ignorant that would rather believe some foolish conspiracy theory over actual science and real medical professionals is hard to understand.

And the whole “big pharma” crap, when you think not vaccinating your children is sticking it to big pharma, what you are really doing is sticking it to your children!

If you are still unsure about vaccination, contact an actual real medical professional.
