ARLINGTON — Dell Rapids St. Mary topped Arlington 73-58 in girls’ basketball action Monday night.
Jaelyn Huntimer had an impressive game for Arlington, scoring 33 points. Ellisyn Vincent tallied 11 points and six assists for Arlington. Sony Johnson contributed seven points and six assists for Arlington. Arlington was 11 of 22 for from 3-point range. Huntimer led the way with six 3-pointers.
Arlington grabbed 23 rebounds in the game. Johnson had six and Vincent and Emma Spilde had five each.
DRSM had two players hit double-figure scoring, Madala Hanson with 38 and Jenna Miller with 16. Maddyn Lebrun was the leading rebounder for DRSM with nine. The win gives DRSM a 14-4 record and Arlington falls to 11-7.
