Brookings Municipal Utilities
The Brookings Municipal Utilities board will meet at 11:45 a.m. Monday in the Utility Building at 525 Western Ave. The meeting will also be available via Microsoft Teams.The lone item on the agenda is approval of bills and claims.
Brookings Health System
The Brookings Health System board of trustees will meet at 5 p.m. Monday in the hospital board room. Items on the agenda include:

Brooking School Board
The Brookings School District Board of Education will hold a work session at 5:15 p.m. Monday at Dakota Prairie Elementary School at 111 26th St. S. Items on the agenda include:
• Comments from the audience
• Approve agenda
• Approve 2023-24 audit report
• Ratification of 2025-26 master agreement
• Executive session
• Approve salary and/or contracts for the following pay groups: administration, other, child nutrition and transportation
Brookings City Council
• It is possible that at least four City Council members may be present at a tour of Lake Area Technical College on Monday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon.
• It is possible that at least four City Council members may be present at the Brookings Economic Development Corporation and Brookings Area Chamber of Commerce's 2025 Brookings Economic Summit at the Dacotah Bank Center on Tuesday from 7:30 a.m. to noon. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon.
• It is possible that at least four City Council members may be present at the 2025 Brookings County Annual Feed at the Brookings Fire Hall on Tuesday from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon.
