McKade Harvey Rentsch, 21, Bruce, maintain place to violate beverage laws, fined $396.50 and sentence to 30 days in Brookings County Detention Center, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
Shawn Michael Maxwell, 47, Sioux Falls, DUI, fined $747, suspended imposition of sentence.
Alaina J. Roberts, 43, Sioux Falls, DUI. Fined $847 and sentenced to 90 days in BCDC, 85 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
Melvin Schlemmer, 52, of 701 W. 13th St. No. 34, failure to stop after accident causing property damage, fined $396.60 with $1,000 restitution and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC; failure to maintain financial responsibility, fined $132.50 and sentenced to 10 days in BCDC, 38 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
