CLASS I MISDEMEANORS

  • Isaac Gomez-Alicea, 31, of 603 Heritage Drive, Apt. 1, intentional damage to property — $400 to $1,000, fined $396.50 with $320 restitution and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
