CLASS III FELONY

• Brice Michael Klapperich, 32, Hartford, second-degree burglary, fined $1,570.67 with $13,799.92 restitution and sentenced to eight years in the state penitentiary; grand theft — more than $1,000 and less than or equal to $2,500, fined $600 and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary, all prison time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.

CLASS V FELONY

• Chase Douglas Grengs, 32, of 311 Seventh Ave. S., possession of controlled substance in schedules I or II, fined $800.50 and sentenced to three years in the state penitentiary and to days in BCDC; identity theft, fined $600 and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary and 45 days in BCDC, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.

CLASS VI FELONIES

• Lorn L. Halstead Jr., 27, of 931 44th St. S., possession of more than 2 ounces and less than ½ pound of marijuana, sentenced to 18 months in the state penitentiary and 30 days in Brookings County Detention Center, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.

CLASS I MISDEMEANORS

• Diyana Rabih, 20, Kansas City, Missouri, DUI, fined $747 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Justin Faitz, 28, Okmulgee, Oklahoma, DUI, fined $747, suspended imposition of sentence.
• Nathan Alan Mann, 30, De Smet, DUI, fined $747 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Danny H. Frazee, 48, of 1009 First St., first-degree petty theft — more than $400, fined $396.50 with $474.23 restitution and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.

CLASS II MISDEMEANORS

• Kellon Jai King, 22, of 1021 Western Ave. Lot 13, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $282.50.
• Isaac Lee Watson, 27, of 1010 Forest St. No. 4, disorderly conduct, fined $198.50 with $207.43 restitution and sentence to 10 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Gage Cooper Backman, 19, of Binnewies Hall, SDSU, speeding on other roadways, fined $150.
• Kelly Jean Begalka, 41, of 1810 12th St. S. No. 7, driving with suspended license, fined $278.50.
• Jacqueline Virginiamae Carr, 25, Fridley, Minnesota, possession of alcohol by a minor, fined $132.50 and sentenced to five days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Piper Rose Hanson, 20, Burke, careless driving, fined $413.
