• Jeremiah C. Conley, 46, Sioux Falls, third-degree burglary, fined $667.73 with $4,000 restitution and sentenced to four years in the state penitentiary and 239 days in Brookings County Detention Center, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.

CLASS VI FELONIES

• Gunner Jonathon Shamatt, 19, Brandon, aggravated eluding, fined $600 and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary and 15 days in BCDC, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.
• Chancellor Wade Eagle, 34, Waubay, aggravated eluding, fined $600 and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary and 137 days in BCDC; DUI, fined $747 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, 30 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.
• Jeremy Donald Holter, 39, Volga, domestic abuse attempt to put another in fear of bodily harm — third or subsequent offense, fined $425 and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary and 43 days in BCDC, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.

CLASS I MISDEMEANORS

• Brett Gavin Beerntsen, 24, De Pere, Wisconsin, having and altered or invalid license in possession, fined $296.50, suspended imposition of sentence.
