• Stephen Lindsey, 36, Aberdeen, fourth-offense DUI, fined $1,050 and sentenced to five years in the state penitentiary and 45 days in Brookings County Detention Center, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.

CLASS I MISDEMEANORS

• My Quang Truong, 30. Sioux Falls, DUI, fined $747, suspended imposition of sentence.
• Lane Charles Sohl, 19, Hawarden, Iowa, eluding, fined $496.50; DUI, fined $747, suspended imposition of sentence.
• Preston James Krumm, 28, Elkton, driving with revoked license, fined $396.50 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, 10 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.

CLASS II MISDEMEANORS

• Braeden Michael Johnson, 19, Lead, under-21 driver, fined $453 and sentenced to 30 days in Broookings County Detention Center, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Daniel L. Hawk, 36, of 918 Second Ave., disorderly conduct, fined $378.50 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, 15 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
