• Sheree L. Lacey, 24, Sioux Falls, grand theft — more than $1,000 and less than or equal to $2,500, fined $632.49 with $2,619.80 restitution and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary, all prison time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.
