  • 9:46 a.m. BPD officers responded to a call for shoplifting.
  • 1:14 p.m. The Brookings Police Department took a report of a non-injury motor vehicle crash involving a trailer.
  • 1:26 p.m. An officer responded to the 2200 block of Sixth Street for the report of a hit and run accident. A city accident report was completed.
  • 1:50 p.m. An officer responded to the 2200 block of Sixth Street for a report of shoplifting. One individual was cited.
  • 5:50 p.m. Officers responded to an ambulance call.
  • 8:29 p.m. Brookings police took a report of harassment.

Monday, April 29

  • 10:49 a.m. The Brookings Police Department responded to a two-vehicle accident that occurred in a parking lot in the 2200 block of Sixth Street.
  • 11:57 a.m. An officer responded to the 700 block of 11th Avenue for the report of harassment. A report was taken.
  • 3:27 p.m. The Brookings Police Department assisted South Dakota Department of Corrections with a parole search.
  • 4:38 p.m. The Brookings Police Department conducted a welfare check on an individual.
  • 4:52 p.m. An officer took a report of theft that occurred in the 400 block of Honor Drive.
  • 5:53 p.m. Officers responded to a two-vehicle non-injury accident.
