Charles “Chuck” Quam, 89, of Baltic, South Dakota passed away on Friday, May 16, 2025, at Ava’s House Hospice in Sioux Falls. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Friday, May 23, at George Boom Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory in Sioux Falls. Graveside services will be at approximately 1:15 p.m. Friday at the Prairie Queen Cemetery near Nunda, South Dakota. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, May 22, also at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to Ava’s House Hospice or to a charity to fund cancer research.
