Early and absentee voting for the April 8 City of Brookings Combined Municipal/School Board Election will be available beginning March 24 through April 7 in the first floor lobby of the Brookings City & County Government Center, 520 Third St. Hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Any registered voter may cast an early and absentee ballot in person. All voters will be required to show a government issued photo identification form, which may consist of any of the following: South Dakota driver’s license, non-driver ID card, passport or other picture ID issued by the U.S. government, tribal photo ID, or a photo ID by a South Dakota post-secondary education institution.
