Harold C (Harry) Rossow, beloved brother and uncle, died on Thursday, December 26, 2024, at the age of 73, at his home in Brookings.
Funeral services will be held on Friday Jan. 10, at 11 a.m. at Eidsness Funeral Home, 1617 Orchard Drive, Brookings SD, 57006. Visitation will precede the service at 10 a.m.
Harry was born on July 22, 1951, in Fort Dodge IA. He moved to Brookings, SD, in 1967, and graduated from Brookings High School in 1969, and South Dakota State University in 1973. Harry worked in the Peace Corps in Swaziland, Africa, and later at Falcon Plastics, retiring in 2023. He was preceded in death by his mother, Gloria D Rossow, nee Holley, and his father Harold H Rossow.
He is survived by four siblings, Kathleen (Robert) Lytle of Rochester, MN; Cynthia (George) Jongeling of Dundas, MN; Kristine (Ken) Fiscus of Minneapolis, MN; and Dr. Stephanie Rossow of St Paul, MN. He is also survived by three nieces, two nephews, and an uncle, Clark Holley, of Citrus Heights, CA.
He will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.
