The Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary chose the Pink Ladies as the non profit organization for the month of October. The Pink Ladies were chosen because of their work with cancer patients. These members go into clients homes and help them with daily chores.
The Pink Ladies helped serve the breakfast prepared by the VFW Auxiliary members and help from several Post members. The community was very supportive of the Pink Ladies at the breakfast and they received a check for $750.
