When we think thoughts and speak words, especially frequently, they are written on the tablet of our heart, embedded in our hard drive so to speak. Just as a computer can only put out the information programmed into it, so our heart can only put out what is written on it:
"For the mouth speaks out of that which fills the heart." Matthew 12:34.
If you do not like the results you are getting from your computer, you do not hesitate to install a new program, or perhaps even get a new computer. You can take similar steps with your life.
Start rewriting what has been programmed into your heart more carefully what you think and speak.
"Keep commandments and live, and keep my teaching and law as the apple of your eye. Bind them securely on your fingers, write them down on the tablet of your heart." Proverbs 7:2-3
Prayer:
Thank you, Lord, that my ways are before Your eyes, and You carefully watch all my comings and goings.
Amen!
