The Brookings Municipal Utilities Board will meet at 11:45 a.m. Monday in the Utility Building at 525 Western Ave. The meeting will also be on WebEx. Items on the agenda include:

• Authorization to sign and submit the state water plan application for the lead water service line replacement program.
