Sioux Valley is heading to the DakotaDome as the Cossacks punched their ticket to the Class 11B championship game on Friday night with a 28-14 victory over Elk Point-Jefferson.

The Brookings Bobcats saw their season come to an end as they fell to the Watertown Arrows 20-7 in the Class 11AA semifinals on Friday night but it felt like more of a beginning than an end.

For the first time since 2019, Sioux Valley volleyball is heading to the SoDak 16. The Cossacks took down Great Plains Lutheran in four sets in the Region 2A semifinals on Thursday night and are now one of the final 16 teams in Class A.
