Thursday, Sept. 27
4:34 p.m. A gas leak occurred at 229 Seventh St. A lawn mower hit a gas regulator. Turned over to the gas company. Scene cleared at 4:56 p.m.
5:16 p.m. A shed fire occurred at 47171 219th St. The fire was caused by an individual welding. The fire was out upon arrival on scene. Fire area overhauled by fire personnel. Scene cleared at 5:47 p.m.
Friday, Sept. 28
6:58 p.m. False alarm of a car fire at Interstate 29 mile marker 127. Upon arrival the hood was up. No smoke/fire, investigation only. Scene cleared at 7:37 p.m.
Tuesday, Oct. 2
1:42 p.m. A gas leak occurred at 509 W. Second St. A small leak was found by the natural gas regulator. Turned over to the gas company. Scene cleared at 1:52 p.m.
Wednesday, Oct. 3
11:40 a.m. A reported oven fire had been extinguished at 720 Eighth Ave. No. 205. Upon arrival, a sorted-out heating element was found. Investigation only. Scene cleared at 11:59 a.m.
7:45 p.m. A combine fire occurred at 207th Street and 474th Avenue. Upon arrival, the combine was found fully involved. Crews extinguished the fire and overhauled the combine. Scene cleared at 10:35 p.m.
