Benjamin M. Karen, 36, of 442 Harvey Dunn St. ingest intoxicant other than alcoholic beverage, fined $636 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.

Adam P. Burrows, 31, West Fargo, North Dakota, DUI, fined $650, suspended imposition of sentence.

David Alexander Austin, 21, of 300 Medary Ave. S. No. 44, DUI, fined $650 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.

Jerry L. Helton, 40, of 112 13th Ave., theft by insufficient funds check – more than $400, fined $250 and sentenced to 15 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
