CLASS V FELONY
Jeramy Dean Novak, 38, of 821 Goldenroad Road, possession of controlled substance in schedules I or II, fined $1,212.10 and sentenced to five years in the state penitentiary and sentenced to 39 days in Brookings County Detention Center, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.
Dustin Jay Strom, 38, of 214 Roundup Circle, third-degree burglary, fined $700 and sentenced to five years in the state penitentiary; simple assault intentionally cause bodily injury fined $500 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time and prison time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court; suspended execution of sentence.
CLASS VI FELONY
Francisco R. Barron, 48, of 115 Fifth St., possession of certain unauthorized articles in jail, fined $500 and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary and 18 days in BCDC, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.

John P. Walz, 19, of 326 Binnewies Hall, SDSU, ingest intoxicant other than alcoholic beverage, fined $500, suspended imposition of sentence.
Jaedon Michael Wehrman, 19, of 306 Abbott Hall, SDSU, ingest intoxicant other than alcoholic beverage, fined $500 suspended imposition of sentence.
Daniel James Otamendi, 23, Sioux Falls, fined $650, suspended imposition of sentence.
Michael Dean Dutcher, 46, of 3250 Western Ave. S. No. 5, driving with revoked license, fined $500 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
Timothy Ray Norton, 39, of 1021 Western Ave. No. 4, entering or refusing to leave property after notice, fined $300 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
