Baker joins Banner Associates

BROOKINGS – Banner Associates, Inc. has announced that Rebecca “Becky” Baker has joined the firm to lead the environmental division.  

Environmental compliance has become an important facet of engineering projects. Banner Associates has experienced tremendous growth in the past year with their launch of environmental services in 2019.  

Baker earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental management and biology from South Dakota State University.  

Since that time, she has gained extensive experience working as an environmental scientist and consultant over the past 16 years. In her role, she will facilitate environmental permitting, assessments, impact statements and other environmental reporting for various types of projects.

Chapel garners Century 21 honor

BROOKINGS – Matthew Krogman, broker/owner of Century 21 Krogman & Company announced that Century 21 Real Estate LLC recently recognized sales affiliate Gayle Chapel with the Century 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award. 

The annual award is based on results from the Century 21 Quality Service Survey (QSS) which is e-mailed to consumers immediately after the purchase or sale of a home. To earn the Century 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award, an agent must receive completed customer surveys for at least 50 percent of their transactions surveyed from Jan. 1-Dec. 31, with an average survey score of at least 95 percent or better for two consecutive years.

“Gayle provides their clients with knowledge and advice related to their real estate transaction and offers them confidence during what may be the most significant purchase of a lifetime,” said Krogman, broker/owner of Century 21 Krogman & Company.
