AURORA – An Aurora resident found “an undisclosed amount of cash” and the Brookings County Sheriff’s Office is looking for the owner, said Assistant Sheriff Scott Sebring.
The found money was reported at 7 p.m. Friday on Broadway Street in Aurora, Sebring said.
“There was no identification or information about who the owner of it was,” Sebring said.
The cash is being held at the Brookings County Sheriff’s Office.
