Norgaard, 18, Hetland, possession of controlled substance in schedules I or II, fined $800 and sentenced to five years in the state penitentiary and 30 days in Brookings County Detention Center; simple assault attempt to put another in fear of bodily harm, fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in BCDC, all penitentiary time and 150 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.
Lonnie Dean Gray Jr., 23, of 110 Second Ave. S.
