CLASS IV FELONY
Eyasu Tesfaye Legesse, 26, of 414 Sixth St. No. 1, manufacture, distribute or possess drugs in schedules I or II, fined $800 and sentenced to five years in the state penitentiary and 45 days in Brookings County Detention Center, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.

Patrick Frank Poppen, 57, of 1027 Western Ave. No. C, distribute or possess with intent to distribute 1 ounce and less than ½ pound of marijuana, fined $800 and sentenced to four years in the state penitentiary and 30 days in BCDC, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court
John Edwin Kaiser, 52, Lake Norden, unauthorized ingestion of controlled substance in schedules I or II, fined $800, suspended imposition of sentence.
Misha May Pickard, 18, of 1014 Yorktown Drive, unauthorized ingestion of controlled substance in schedules I or II, fined $1,000.50 and sentenced to five years in the state penitentiary and 60 days in BCDC; reckless driving, fined $500 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all penitentiary time and 30 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.
