Michael Louis Dicroce, 32, of 618 Heritage Drive No. 6, unauthorized ingestion of controlled substance in schedules I or II, fined $1,000 and sentenced to five years in the state penitentiary and sentenced to six days in Brookings County Detention Center, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.

Jason Bolton, 44, of 311 Sixth Ave. S., grand theft – more than $1,000 and less than or equal to $2,500, fined $106.50 and sentenced to one year in the state penitentiary.

Jacob John Folkens, 29, of 720 Eighth St. No. 107, possession of 2 ounces or less of marijuana, fined $500 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, 25 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, house arrest approved.

Brenda L. Anderson, 45, Watertown, DUI, $737 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
