CLASS I MISDEMEANORS
Cassandra Jane Mullaney, 19, of 174 Binnewies Hall, SDSU, having an altered or invalid license in possession, fined $302.50, suspended imposition of sentence.
Todd Mullin, 57, Sioux Falls, reckless driving, fined $687 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
Dillon R. Kocak, 20, Lakefield, Minnesota, ingest intoxicant other than alcoholic beverage, fined $402.50, suspended imposition of sentence.
Lukas Troy Young-Garnett, 23, of 709 Ninth Ave., ingest intoxicant other than alcoholic beverage, fined $500 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, 27 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
