CLASS V FELONIES
John Patrick O’Neal, 22, Spirit Lake, Iowa, unauthorized ingestion of controlled substance in schedules I or II, fined $800 and sentenced to four years in the state penitentiary and 60 days in Brookings County Detention Center; possession of 2 ounces or less of marijuana, fined $500 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all penitentiary time and 40 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended imposition of sentence.
Raelynn N. Kirk, 28, Sioux Falls, unauthorized ingestion of controlled substance in schedules I or II, fined $800 and sentenced to four years in the state penitentiary and 30 days in BCDC, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.
