CLASS IV FELONIES

Remington James Bickett, 20, of 120 Second St. S. Lot 66, possess 1 to 10 pounds of marijuana, fined $1,000.50 and sentenced to five years in the state penitentiary and 60 days in Brookings County Detention Center, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.

Marcela J. Baltazar, 34, of 521 12th St. S., No. 60, child abuse, fined $500 and sentenced to five years in the state penitentiary and 127 days in BCDC, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.

Jacob B.S. Erks, 19, 510 Eighth St. S., unauthorized ingestion of controlled substance in schedules I or II, fined $106.50 and sentenced to five years in the state penitentiary; sexual contact without consent or with person incapable of consent, fined $172.50 and sentenced to 360 days in BCDC, two years of penitentiary time and 118 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.

Chad Harold Jensen, 41, Tekamah, Nebraska, unauthorized ingestion of controlled substance in schedules I or II, fined $800 and sentenced to three years in the state penitentiary and 10 days in BCDC, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.
