BROOKINGS – Tristan Clayson and Cody Cassady prepare a sheep for the sheep show by grooming and shaving its wool at the Swiftel Center on Wednesday, and other afternoon events included the beef fitting contest and parade and the beef show.

Brookings County 4-H Achievement Days wrap up Thursday at Swiftel with barbecue from 5-7 p.m. that is open to the public. The Fashion Revue and Good Neighbor Award begin at 6 p.m., and the Round Robin Showmanship and the 4-H graduation ceremony are at 7 p.m.
