South Dakota State University Distinguished Professor Kendra Kattelmann taught a four-day workshop on research capacity building and diabetes prevention at Daystar University in Nairobi, Kenya, as part of the Society for Nutrition Education and Behavior.

The organization’s members also met with K-12 administrators and teachers.
