On April 1, four Mickelson Middle School Quiz Bowl teams competed in a tournament in Beresford that consisted of 20 teams. The tournament included six rounds, with 30 questions per round. All four MMS teams did well in the contest.
Top: The team of Trisha Sharan, Jean Claude St. Pierre, James Park and Alex Shore won second place.
Below 1: Lucas Wingate, Landon Wingate, Sampada Nepal and Albert Shore took third place.
Below 2: Fourth place went to the team of Tomas Gonzalez, Grace Davis, Xavier St. Pierre and Cole Knutzen.
Below 3: The team of Bija Kasu, Ernest Ting, Vanessa An and Lizzie Kreul garnered fifth place.
