1:50 a.m. Officers discovered an intoxicated person passed out. He was arrested on a probation violation.

12:56 p.m. Officer Pollman took a report of theft in the 700 block of Second Street South.

6:47 p.m. Officers responded to the 1400 block of Willow Springs Circle for a report of fraud.

Monday, Jan. 14

8:14 a.m. Officer Bonnema responded to a non-injury accident involving a semi and passenger vehicle.

8:50 a.m. Officer Pollman conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of Wilson Avenue for expired license plates. The driver was arrested for a Deuel County bench warrant.

5:13 p.m. Simple assault domestic; possession of a suspended license

Tuesday, Jan. 15

12:53 a.m. Officer Engstrom conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of Medary Avenue for expired registration. An investigation led to a DUI arrest. A report was filed.

2:48 a.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Sixth Street. One male was arrested for driving under the influence. A report was filed.

5:25 a.m. Officer Engstrom responded to the 600 block of Heritage Drive for a report of a motor vehicle theft. A report was filed.

10:28 a.m. Officers were dispatched to 603 Heritage Drive for suspicious activity. A report was taken.

4:26 p.m. Officer Asmus was dispatched to a two-vehicle, non-injury accident that occurred on the 1500 block of 6th Street. A report was filed.

9:29 p.m. Petty theft all others – less than $400
