1:41 p.m. Medical call
3:16 p.m. Officers spoke with a Brookings resident regarding fraudulent checks being passed on a business account.
3:43 p.m. Police received a tip of possible drug use at a residence in rural Brookings. The case is under investigation.
2:24 a.m. Officers responded to 122 Seventh St. W. for an intoxicated individual. The individual was issued a citation for underage consumption.
9:50 a.m. Officers were dispatched to the intersection of Eighth Street South and Main Avenue South for a report of a semi tractor trailer that collided with a traffic signal. A report was completed.
9:52 a.m. Officer McCaskill was requested to a non-injury accident in the 400 block of Eighth Street South. One driver was later issued a citation for a traffic offense. A state accident report was completed.
9:56 a.m. Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Front Street for a non-injury accident involving two vehicles.
10:06 a.m. Officers responded to the 2200 block of Sixth Street in reference to a two-vehicle, non-injury crash. A report was filed.
11:11 a.m. Officers were dispatched to the intersection of Third Street and Fifth Avenue for a report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident. A report was filed.
12:02 p.m. Officers responded to the 1700 block of Third Street for a non-injury accident involving two vehicles.
12:59 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Fifth Street and Seventh Avenue in reference to a two-vehicle, non-injury crash. A report was filed.
1:17 p.m. Officers were dispatched to the EconoLodge in regard to a male refusing to leave the property. The male was charged with trespassing and possession of marijuana.
9:45 p.m. An individual came to the Brookings Police Deportment to report harassment concerns. The incident was documented.
