12:02 a.m. Officer Pollman conducted a traffic stop in the 900 block of Second Street South for a speeding violation. During the investigation, the driver was placed under arrest for driving under the influence.

1:54 a.m. Officer Bonnema stopped a motor vehicle for a traffic violation. The female passenger was arrested for possessing a fictitious driver’s license.

2:13 a.m. Officer Larsen initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 400 block of Eighth Street South for a traffic violation. An investigation was performed, and a male was arrested for DUI-first offense.

11:32 a.m. A female was arrested for driving revoked at the police department.

12:16 p.m. Officers responded to the 300 block of Fifth Street in reference to a two-vehicle, non-injury crash. A report was filed.

9:05 p.m. Officers were dispatched to a Brookings residence in regard to a reported assault.
