9:08 a.m. School Resource Officer Schneider received a traffic complaint from the Brookings School District bus garage. Charges are pending against a driver for going around a school bus with the stop sign extended.

9:58 a.m. The Brookings Police Department conducted a controlled purchase of narcotics. A report was filed.

11:25 a.m. Officer Warkenthien took a report of a bruise on a juvenile. An investigation was made, and a report has been filed for documentation.

3:55 p.m. Officer Kreutner was dispatched to the 400 block of Main Avenue South for a two-vehicle, non-injury accident. A report was generated.

7:29 p.m. Officers responded to the 700 block of Rapid Valley Street for a report of a domestic assault in progress. An arrest was made. A report was filed with the Brookings Police Department.

7:40 p.m. Officer Asmus took a report of a one-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 1700 block of 20th Street South. A state accident report was filed.

10:21 p.m. Officer Asmus responded to a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of Fifth Street South and Medary Avenue South. A state accident report was filed.
