BROOKINGS – A GMC Yukon was reported stolen on Saturday afternoon, according to the Brookings Police.
The theft was reported at 12:15 p.m. Saturday, Lt. Derrick Powers said.
The 2004 white GMC Yukon was parked in the 500 block of Main Avenue and last seen there at 2 a.m. Saturday.
“It was observed missing at noon,” Powers said.
“It was left unlocked and the keys were in the vehicle,” he added.
The Yukon’s distinguishing feature is the bottom eight inches of the SUV “is Rhino-lined black,” Powers said.
