BROOKINGS – South Dakota State University senior Katie Arndt, a music major from Sioux Falls, will hold a recital at 7:30 p.m. Monday in the Peterson Recital Hall in the Lincoln Music Hall on the SDSU campus.
Arndt, a soprano, has participated in the SDSU Concert Choir and the SDSU Women’s Choir. She also traveled with the Concert Choir to Spain in 2016.
She will perform four sets of music. Arndt has chosen to sing works by Manuel de Falla, Gabriel Fauré, George Gershwin, Pedro Marqués, Ben Moore and Antonio Vivaldi.
This recital is open to the public and there is no charge for admission. For more information, contact the SDSU Department of Music at 688-5187.
